The data collected and processed are those strictly required by the Municipality in order to comply with its applicable legal obligations, excluding any other unwanted processing thereof.

Information: The personal data collected by the Municipality may be transferred to third parties either for the fulfillment of the purpose for which they were collected or for the more effective operation of the Municipality. It is further emphasized that the third parties (e.g., accounting or IT support companies, audit firms, cooperating third-party entities, electronic and printed fiscal services) to whom personal data are disclosed are bound by the General Data Protection Regulation and have undertaken obligations of discretion and confidentiality, as well as the implementation of appropriate security measures prior to processing your personal data.

The personal data of citizens/municipal residents that are collected are stored by the Municipality according to the purpose for which they are collected, with absolute security and in full compliance with all legal requirements. After the expiration of the mandatory retention period, they will be destroyed. Their destruction is carried out through specific procedures (document destruction procedure and electronic data file deletion procedure, as well as the preparation of a destruction protocol).
