Our Association was established to support property owners through meaningful
services and collective initiatives. Every member should feel that they are not
alone. The power of the group allows us to grow, plan, expand, and propose
solutions for issues affecting our neighborhood and local communities.
We offer advisory services and practical support to every member, from legal
guidance to interventions with public authorities and infrastructure improvements.

Legal Support
The Association provides guidance and assistance on legal matters related to
members’ properties, including:
• Urban planning regulations
• Ownership rights
• Land classification
• Forest maps
Through collaboration with specialized legal advisors, we ensure responsible
information and support for those facing issues or needing clarification about
their land. Collective action strengthens negotiating power and ensures better
outcomes for all members.
Interventions in Public Authorities
The Association maintains continuous communication with Municipalities,
Regional Authorities, Technical Services, and Ministries to:
• Resolve local issues
• Promote projects and infrastructure development
We submit requests, monitor implementation processes, and ensure follow-up
and accountability from the authorities. Through coordinated actions, we address
matters that would be difficult to resolve individually.
Cleaning & Maintenance of Common Areas
The cleanliness and order of the area is everyone’s responsibility. The
Association organizes:
• Volunteer cleaning and clearing activities
• Road and greenery maintenance
• Collaboration with professionals for more serious issues
Our goal is to ensure that public spaces are accessible, safe, and enjoyable for
residents and visitors.
Representation in Legal Administrative Matters
For significant issues affecting the broader area, such as:
• City plan modifications
• Expropriations
• Environmental restrictions
The Association can take on collective representation, coordination, legal
actions, and appeals if necessary. Through institutional presence, we pursue
solutions that respect property owners’ rights and promote fair and transparent
development of the area.
